Research Conference: NextGen Business and Management - Leading Through AI, Inclusiveness, and Sustainability.

The Department of Management Sciences, National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad is organizing the “NextGen Business and Management” Research Conference under the theme “Leading Through AI, Inclusiveness, and Sustainability.”

The conference will explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI), inclusiveness, and sustainability are reshaping organizations, markets, finance, and supply chains. It aims to provide a platform for academia, industry, and policymakers to exchange research-based ideas, practical insights, and innovative solutions for a better tomorrow.

The conference will feature research contributions across four major tracks:

  1. Human Resource Management and Business Analytics – People, analytics, and the future of work
  2. Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism – Reimagining markets, experiences, and sustainable growth
  3. Accounting, Finance and FinTech – Digital finance for a resilient and inclusive economy
  4. Supply Chain Management – Sustainable, agile, and smart supply chains for a better tomorrow

The conference welcomes university students, research scholars, faculty members, business and management consultants, corporate representatives, policymakers, and regulators.
